Steve Allison MA, ACMA, A.Inst.I.B.
Steve Allison is a Yorkshireman by birth and a graduate of Cambridge University. He began his business career in 1977 and qualified as an accountant in 1982. He has worked for a range of well-known international companies in the manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, and service sectors, and has held directorships in a number of companies up to and including plc level.
Steve has held a variety of financial and general management roles, and has actively carried out:
- Business acquisitions and disposals
- Strategic studies
- Expansion and rationalisation programmes
- Business planning initiatives
He established Magna Carta in 2004 to provide business advisory services to clients, and subsequently joined forces with Financial Resources Ltd to make available to clients a wide range of funding sources to move their businesses forward.
